97% of our clients would recommend our services

The results of a recent survey have revealed that a massive 97% of our clients would recommend our services to other businesses.

Office Care is dedicated to providing the highest possible levels of service to its customers – and this commitment to excellence is reflected in the latest survey. Our customer relations department is one area of our operation that was praised by almost every client surveyed.  Each customer is assigned their own dedicated account manager who deals personally with the day-to-day running of their account as well as supervising the cleaning operatives.

We pride ourselves on our response times – should a customer have an urgent request, or experience a problem, they can contact their account manager directly and they will ensure the matter is resolved quickly and efficiently.

Regular communication also allows us to build a good working relationship with our customers and ensure we continue to respond to their changing needs.

Commenting on the results of the latest customer survey, Martin Booth, managing director at Office Care said:
